Growing up in Texas, I always had a deep love for jewelry. I admired the beauty, craftsmanship, and meaningful designs I found in brands like James Avery—brands that reflected a strong sense of religious identity and cultural heritage. But while browsing through countless collections, I realized that something was missing. As a Hindu living outside of India, I couldn’t find pieces that spoke to my own faith, spirituality, and traditions.

I wanted pieces that resonated with my identity as a proud Hindu and Indian, but there was a lack of options that truly represented that. The options that were available were either outdated in their design, low quality, or an unreasonably high price. I knew I wasn’t alone. With the growing Indian and Hindu population in the United States, I realized there were many others like me searching for jewelry that could celebrate our unique heritage while incorporating modern design.

That's why I founded Lalli & Geeta—a brand inspired by the rich traditions and vibrant cultures of India. Named after my grandmothers, who instilled in me the values of our Hindu faith, Lalli & Geeta offers more than just jewelry. It’s a way to connect with our roots, to proudly display the symbols and stories that are meaningful to us, and to share the beauty of our culture with the world.
